Step 1. Raw Materials purchase(High quality cold rolled steel)
Step 2. Steel sheet straightening
Step 3. NC Cutting, Raw material are cut by the high-accuracy machines, without error and burrs
Step 4. Stamping /Pressing,The CNC machine tools and other machine tools work with the big-scale moulds together to realize the standard and flow production , which assure the production efficiency and quality
Step 5. Sheet bending forming, Skilled manpower and advanced facilities make sure the clear lines and perfect appearance
Step 6. Welding, Weld with CO2 shielded welding or argon-arc welding and then slag removing and polishing.
Step 7. Cold water cleaning
Step 8. Degreased by hot water
Step 9. Acid-pickling(remove the oil&rust)
Step 10. High temperature drying off(180~210℃)
Step 11. Phosphating treatment
Step 12. Powder coated,All the steel sheet will go through 13 treatments of water processing,acid-washing,phosphating etc.Automatic electrostatic spraying equipment and top-quality powder,flat and smooth,non-toxic and smell.
Step 13. Temperature curing(180~210℃) (solidifying)
Step 14. QC inspection
Step 15. Installing and packing, Adopt pneumatic tools to conduct mass production,ensure the firmness of every screw.
